Okay, excuse us while we cry a little! Although Zayn was reportedly the one who broke things off, breakups are never easy, and clearly he was still affected by the whole thing. Plus, now he wants to use his music to help his fans cope with their own breakups…this is just too much!

Zayn didn’t elaborate on what the song will sound like or how detailed it will be, but it will definitely be interesting to hear his take on the whole thing. The breakup was obviously hard on Perrie, as she broke down on stage with Little Mix just a few weeks after her split with Zayn, but he hasn’t exactly seemed to torn up over it. In fact, he sparked romance rumors with a PR girl named Carlyn Bryan less than two months after becoming single, and now he’s supposedly dating Gigi Hadid!
But even though Zayn has seemed to have no problem moving on from Perrie, he also hasn’t held back from expressing his thoughts about One Direction in recent interviews. So despite his lack of talking about Perrie, maybe his song about her will finally expose his feelings. It was like therapy for him to write it, after all — that has to mean it’ll be juicy, right?!
