‘Brothers & Sisters’ Reunion — Dave Annable Says He Wants A Movie With Cast – Hollywood Life

Dave Annable Hopes For ‘Brothers & Sisters’ Reunion, Suggests Movie

Plus, where would Justin be now, five years after the finale of 'Brothers and Sisters?' "If Friends is doing it, come on," Dave Annable told HollywoodLife.com exclusively on Wednesday while at the NBC winter press tour for his new NBC show, Heartbeat. We're all still mourning the ABC series that ended too soon -- Dave included.

“That would be amazing,” Dave, 36, told us when asked about a Brothers and Sisters reunion. The show ran five seasons from 2006 to 2011, when it was suddenly canceled. “I always think about it. I always think of how fun it would be, because we ended earlier than I think. we all anticipated. I think we thought it was a season finale but it turned out to be a series finale. There’s certainly a part of my heart that hopes we can get together and do like, a two-hour movie just to bring everyone back together — [we have] such wonderful memories.”

While Justin is very busy these days — he just had his first baby, Charlie Mae, in September with wife Odette Annable, and he’s been in LA to film Heartbeat, a new NBC medical drama that has already filmed six episodes.

He told us that he is of course close with many cast members from Brothers & Sisters, including Matthew Rhys who played Kevin on the show, and was also his best man in Dave’s wedding.

When it comes to where Justin is now, five years later, well Dave thinks he could also head down the medical road, like his character in Heartbeat.

“I think there was a part of Justin that really loved other people and loved helping other people, AKA why he went to serve in Iraq,” he said. “So you know, something involving helping others. I hope he didn’t go the other route to rehab or drugs! If Justin f–kin’ dies, [I’ll ask], ‘But we’re shooting flashbacks right? I can still come to work and hang out?’

Alright, HollywoodLifers — do you want a Brothers & Sisters reunion?
