If you’ve ever hated on Blake Shelton, beware! The singer is no longer putting up with naysayers, and he took to Twitter to declare it. Was this his way of sticking up for Gwen Stefani and their love?
Blake Shelton is staring off his new year by telling off his haters! Although the 39-year-old country star is happier than he has ever been with his leading lady, Gwen Stefani, 46, Blake has apparently received so much criticism for his love life that he has finally reached his last straw. See his bold tweets below!
While it’s unclear what triggered Blake’s haters tweet, regardless, he certainly wasn’t afraid to speak his mind. Not only did he make sure to proclaim that he’s already having a great year, but he also threw some serious shade at those who have done so to him!
Hey haters.. I’m having an INCREDIBLE 2016 so far!! Suck it… You like that? I can’t hear you. Oh yeah.. It’s because you’re sucking it.💃

You tell ’em, Blake! The Voice coach has always been a pretty active Twitter user, and he has even used the social media site to gush over Gwen — plus, she has too! After Blake tweeted a joke about their highly publicized relationship, Gwen replied to her man with a sweet message, “your so funny and #cute.” In his response, Blake wrote, “And with that it’s already a great 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @gwenstefani,” along with a winky face. Perhaps their flirty exchange is what made the haters come out?
Considering Blake and Gwen are clearly in love, he probably didn’t even need to tweet at haters to show them that they have no affect on his relationship. Judging by his follow-up tweets, Blake’s hater shut down may have been a way of sending a positive message to his fans! In another tweet, Blake told his followers, “Yee haww!!! Life is short friends… Don’t take any s*** from people.” Stream Blake’s music, completely limited and ad-free, RIGHT HERE.
Even if Blake’s intention for his tweet really was to defend his romance with Gwen, it’s just one of the many ways he has shown how much he cares for her on and off social media. He called Gwen’s music “guaranteed greatness,” and the amount of PDA he has shown with his girl is plenty to prove that haters certainly won’t be getting in the way ever again!
HollywoodLifers, do think Blake was directing his tweet at haters of his relationship with Gwen? Do you love that he took to Twitter to tell them off? Let us know in the comments below!
