The Dallas Cowboys are a Thanksgiving tradition, with America’s team playing in the early NFL matchup against the Carolina Panthers. But the red-hot Panthers are currently undefeated, with a perfect 10-0 record. So will the Cowboys be the ones to topple them? Watch and see!
The Dallas Cowboys have quite a task on their hands for Thanksgiving Day – to take down the team with the NFL’s best record! The Carolina Panthers have been crushing it this season with 10 straight wins, and they’re looking to make it 11 on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately for Dallas their 3-7 record has them at fourth place in the NFC Eastern Division so they’re going to have to really step things up if they want a shot at toppling the mighty Panthers.
The Dallas Cowboys are hoping to erase memories of their Thanksgiving 2014 demolition by the Philadelphia Eagles on Dallas’ own home turf. But they had a much better record – and a much healthier quarterback Tony Romo at the time – and still went down in defeat. This year they’re back for yet another Thanksgiving matchup, only this one will be way harder than playing the Eagles last year.
At least Dallas will have their home crowd to rev things up for them, with the game being played at AT & T Stadium in Arlington, TX. The sold out crowd will be forgoing their turkey dinners to watch their beloved Cowboys in what’s become their own Thanksgiving Day tradition, with the team playing on Turkey Day for the past 19 seasons! We just hope that at the hands of the Panthers, that Dallas won’t take too hard of a drubbing in front of their loyal fans. Buy your favorite team’s NFL gear here.
The big game kicks off at 4:30pm EST/3:30pm CST. Will you be watching?
