Well, it looks like Khloe Kardashian’s mysterious illness is a staph infection, according to a shocking new report. The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star is said to have contracted the infection at the hospital, where Lamar Odom is being treated. Get all the details here.
Oh no. Khloe Kardashian, 31, allegedly contracted a very serious staph infection at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, where Lamar Odom is currently being treated, a new report claims. And it’s because of that that she cancelled a number of her book tour appearances, which HollywoodLife.com previously reported.
Khloe’s staph infection is really “bad,” a source told TMZ. She allegedly has a lesion on her leg which has become “incredibly painful.” Thus far, she has “developed a high fever, swollen glands. She’s also sweating profusely with intermittent chills,” the source claims. “It’s so scary. She’s so sick.”
A source close to the reality star also told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “Khloe has a minor infection and is being treated by her doctors. She is run down, as she has been burning the candle at both ends. She will be fine, but needs some rest.”
Before this new report emerged, Khloe was forced to cancel tour appearances, where she’d be promoting her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked (buy your copy here). “Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I’m sick & dr’s orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what’s wrong. I’ll be going for more testing today. I’m very sorry again. Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves,” she told her millions of fans in two tweets on Wednesday, Nov. 18.
Khloe has cancelled two book tour appearances so far, but she is hoping to reschedule her appearances in the near future. We love that she’s so dedicated to her fans, but we hope she takes some time for herself and focuses on recovering.
