Makeup artist Spencer Barnes created Julianne’s latest look, using Italian brand KIKO Milano, and shared the exact how-to for recreating the blue smokey eye makeup. To get her eye look, start by applying KIKO Water Eyeshadow in Golden Mauve all over the lid and using a round brush to work in the KIKO Water Eyeshadow in Olive Green to the crease of your lid. On the outer crease, use KIKO Water Eyeshadow in Dark Slate Green and finish by highlighting your brow bone with KIKO Water Eyeshadow in Champagne.
Spencer lined both Jules’ upper and lower lashline with KIKO Milano Limited Edition Midnight Siren Moon Shadow Stick in Glistening Turquoise and completed her eye makeup by applying two coats of KIKO Milano Extra Sculpt Mascara. The rest of her makeup was minimal, with filled in brows and a soft pink lipstick.

While Jules is always trying out new hairstyles, for this look, her go-to hairstylist Riawna Capri kept her blonde lob simple and sleek. Giving her hair a deep side part, Riawna gave Julianne a super straight style that was tucked behind one ear.
