Charlie Sheen revealed that he is HIV-positive during an interview on the Today Show, Nov. 1 but he said that since his diagnosis four years ago, he has not once hid his diagnosis from any of his sexual partners. The actor also says he’s only had unprotected sex with two people, who knew ahead of time that he was HIV-positive.

Charlie Sheen is vehemently denying that he knowingly transmitted HIV to sexual partners over the past four years without warning them he had contracted the disease. The 50-year-old told Today Show host, Matt Lauer that under “no exception” has he never not told a sexual partner he had the disease. He also said that it’s “impossible” that he’s transmitted the disease to anyone over the past four years.

When Matt asked him point blank if he had ever transferred the disease to anyone and not told them, he said: “Impossible. Impossible.” Then Matt followed up that question and asked if he has ever had unprotected sex on any occasion since his diagnosis four years ago and Charlie said he has. “Yes. But the two people that I did that with … they were completely warned ahead of time.” But adding that he has always told every sexual partner ahead of time that he had the disease: “Yes I have. No exception.”

But we told you that The National Enquirer and both claim that Charlie has slept with over 5,000 women and has continued to sleep with women despite knowing he was affected. “Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection … he has been tortured by the thought that his acting genius will be forgotten. Charlie’s worst fear is that he will be remembered not as a great actor, but as someone who contracted the disease.”

“I’m here to admit that I am in fact HIV-positive,” Charlie revealed during his sit down interview with Matt. The former Two and a Half Men star said that he discovered he had the disease four years ago, “It started with crushing headaches and sweating the bed 2-3 nights — I thought it was over. It’s a hard three letters to absorb, you know? It’s a turning point in one’s life.” One of the most shocking moments during his interview was that he admitted he’s paid $10 million dollars in hush money to people to keep them quiet about his diagnosis: “I have paid those people — not that many — but enough to where it has depleted the future. Enough to bring it into the millions. What people forget is that that’s money they’re taking from my children. They think it’s just me, but I have five kids and a granddaughter.”

Matt brought up Charlie’s infamous interviews from 2011 where he was erratic and claimed he had “tiger blood” and “Adonis DNA.” “I was so depressed by the condition [at that time]. I was in that I was doing a lot of drugs,” Charlie told Matt. “I was drinking way too much. I was making really bad decisions. That part, 100%. I wish I could blame it on that but that was more of a roid rage. This was on the heels of that, though, let me say.”

Charlie revealed that all of his ex-wives have known of his diagnosis and that he told his eldest daughter, Cassandra Jade Estevez, 30, the other day. Charlie claims that he told Denise Richards immediately when he learned of his diagnosis — together they have two girls, Sam J. Sheen, 11, and 10-year-old Lola Rose Sheen. He also claims his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller has known for years about his diagnosis and together they have 6-year-old twin boys, Bob and Max Sheen. Brooke responded to‘s inquiry on Charlie’s health with “no comment.”
