‘The Royals’ season two premieres Sunday, Nov. 15, and Jasper and Eleanor are further apart than ever. Could these two finally admit their real feelings for each other this season? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop straight from Tom Austen and Alexandra Park!
Jasper and Eleanor were totally the couple we all loved in season one of The Royals. Their relationship went up in flames, but is there hope for them in season two? HollywoodLife.com talked EXCLUSIVELY with Tom Austen and Alexandra Park, and Tom reveals that Jasper’s willing to do whatever it takes to win Eleanor back, but it won’t be easy.
Jasper did some bad things to Eleanor in the first season — ahem, sleeping with her mother — but he did develop real feelings for her. He wants to earn her trust back, but how far will he go?
“I think he goes all the way, whatever that is,” Tom tells HollywoodLife.com. “There’s a lot of ups and downs, the same as always with Jasper and Eleanor. Nothing is ever simple and winning her back certainly isn’t simple. He doesn’t make it easy for himself and this season is no exception to that. He’s up to his old tricks.”
So how does Eleanor think about all of this? Eleanor has shut off Jasper because he hurt her so much emotionally, and Alexandra reveals she might keep pushing Jasper away — for now — to protect her heart.
“I think Eleanor is trying to sweep it all under the rug like she does with anything that makes her actually feel and deal with real things,” Alexandra spills to us. “But Jasper is one that sticks around. She’s toying with the idea of him and what he did, things that she liked about him. It’s a very complicated kind of relationship that they have, so it’s not easy for her to deal with that.”
The Royals season 2 premieres Nov. 15 at 10 p.m. ET on E!
