‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ Sequels To Be Shot Back-To-Back — When Can You See The First?

Big news for ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ fans! The highly-anticipated sequels will be shot back-to-back starting in 2016, with both Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson returning to the roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele! Find out when you can see the next ‘Fifty Shades’ movie!

Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele are on their way back to the big screen! The Fifty Shades of Grey sequels are set to start filming in 2016, and they will be shot back-to-back, a new report claims. With the films being shot one after the other, fans won’t have to wait so long to see the final film! So, when can you catch the first Fifty Shades sequel, Fifty Shades Darker, in theaters?

Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed will shoot back-to-back next year with James Foley, 61, directing both films, The Wrap reports. Fifty Shades Darker will be released on Feb. 10, 2017 — just in time for Valentine’s Day! The third and final film, Fifty Shades Freed, will hit theaters on Feb. 9, 2018.

Jamie Dornan, 33, and Dakota Johnson, 26, will reprise their roles as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele for both films. If you’ve read the books, you know a lot of sexy scenes are in store for their characters. It’s going to be HOT!

Fifty Shades of Grey was released on Feb. 13, 2015. So by the time the next Fifty Shades movies hits theaters, it will have been TWO YEARS! That’s such a long time, but we’re sure it will be worth the wait!

Other than the book, there are not many details about the Fifty Shades sequels. The first teaser for Fifty Shades Darker was released in April 2015. More like Fifty Shades SEXIER! Jamie was reportedly offered a $1.5. million bonus to go full-frontal in Fifty Shades of Darker. Ooh la la!
