Hairstylist Jennifer Johnson currently heads up the hair team on Scream Queens and is explaining how to get the look:
“The first step to great hair is the prep! A good shampoo and conditioner are key to create the perfect look. Since we use a lot of hot tools, once a week I tell everyone in the cast to use a deep conditioner or mask to help repair damage. I like HASK Deep Conditioning Treatments because they have different formulas for every hair type.”
“To create the sleek waves you see on Chanel (Emma Roberts), Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin), I use HASK Mint Almond Root Thickening Spray to create texture and then blow dry hair using a Velecta Paramount Paris Blow Dryer. I then lightly curl 1-inch sections of hair with a Hot Tools Curling Iron. I like the 1¼” barrel, which gives a natural, lived-in bend.”
