Miranda Lambert celebrated her first birthday since divorcing Blake Shelton on Nov. 10, and she definitely didn’t need a man in her life to have a good time. She even debuted a crazy new tattoo on Instagram the morning after her big day! See it here.
Nothing like some new ink to move on from a breakup, right?! Miranda Lambert, whose ex, Blake Shelton, just started dating Gwen Stefani, decided to get tatted up to celebrate her 32nd birthday on Nov. 10, and she showed off her new arm art on Instagram the morning after. Check it out!
Okay, so before we go any further, let’s just point out the obvious: This is totally a temporary tat! “The morning after…” Miranda captioned the Instagram pic of her arm, clearly alluding to some wild antics that had taken place the evening before. “#bday #willthiswashoff.” Oh gosh, we hope she’s able to wash it off…
The birthday girl has been all about the unicorns lately! On Nov. 9, she and her girlfriends painted her horse with bright colors and added a single pink horn to transform it into the fantasy animal. “Never too old to ride a unicorn…” she wrote. “And thank God for friends that spend the day with you painting your pony.” And we can’t help but notice the massive smile on her face in the photo that went along with the message. Looks like she’s not taking Blake’s new relationship too hard, huh!?
Miranda didn’t shy back from treating herself on her birthday — she got a second piercing in her ear and sported some dazzling new diamonds to go with it. “Diamonds are a girls best friend!” she captioned a pic of the jewelry. “#2isbetterthan1 #piercing #32today #bday.”
While the “Little Red Wagon” singer is putting on a brave front on social media, she’s definitely had some trouble coping with everything that’s going on. She nearly broke down in tears while performing at the CMA Awards on Nov. 4 — just hours after Blake and Gwen’s relationship was confirmed — and was admittedly listening to a bunch of sad music after the show.
HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Miranda’s tattoo?
