Uh-Oh. Donald Trump thought he could get away with dissing Carly Fiorina at the Nov. 10 Republican Debate. After The Donald asked why Carly kept ‘interrupting’ everyone, the audience booed him for attacking a woman!
That Donald Trump, 69, is the sound of the audience booing you. During the fourth GOP debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Donald decided to slam his Republican rival, Carly Fiorina, 61. But when Donald mocked Carly for her constantly “interrupting” everyone at the event, the audience turned on him over choosing to needlessly attacking a woman yet again!
Donald may have thought he was being cute when he made his comments during the Nov. 10 event. The audience didn’t think so. While Rand Paul was discussing America’s foreign policy in the Middle East, Carly chimed in about how even Ronald Reagan negotiated with the Russians, reports Politico. After she was done, Donald asked “Why does she keep interrupting everybody?”
This brought out the boos, as the audience remembered how Donald had grossly gone after Carly’s appearance in the past. Even after he apologized for making his insulting comments, he slammed her again by saying she was “robotic.” Since then, Donald has backed off but it seems he couldn’t help himself. If he was expecting applause, well – he didn’t get it.
Granted, Fiorina had been jumping out of turn to offer he comments during the event. But, so had everyone else. In fact, Donald and his bitter rival, Ohio Governor John Kasich, traded insults back and forth before Donald washed his hands of John. “I’m built a company worth billions,” Donald said. “I don’t have to hear from this man.”
Another woman that Donald has gone after is Hillary Clinton, claiming she’s not a political star during the first Democratic debate. However, Hillary has fought back, mocking him during her appearance on Saturday Night Live and even calling him out at the front of his Las Vegas casino. Perhaps Donald should lay off picking fights with women and focus on his campaign?
What do you think about the audience booing Trump instead of cheering him, HollywoodLifers?
