Selena Gomez may not be dating Justin Bieber anymore, but that doesn’t mean she won’t be showing her support for him when his new album comes out on Nov. 13! HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on how the singer plans to help her ex’s album become ‘hugely successful.’
Aww..this is so sweet! Selena Gomez is going to do whatever she can to help Justin Bieber’s album sales for Purpose…even if it means spending hundreds of dollars of her own money. The 23-year-old wants her ex to be successful, and HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned how she plans to do it!
“Selena wants to go into stores and buy up all of Justin’s albums that are in stock when it comes out to show her support for him,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She wants the album to be hugely successful and would love to play her part by purchasing a boat load of them. She is friends with him and wants him to do well.”
Even though these two broke up nearly three years ago, they’ve continued to support and care for one another — the Biebs has even admitted that the possibility of them reconciling their relationship isn’t out of the question! “We have a lot of history together and I am sure it could possibly happen,” he told Ellen DeGeneres. “I think we are both just on our own journeys and figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can come back and make an awesome duo or she finds someone awesome and I’ll find someone awesome. I just want her to be happy.”
And, as we previously reported, Selena is on board, too! “Selena loves that Justin is talking about getting back together because they still talk about the future as if there will be one,” an insider explained to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They are in the same boat and know that these feelings they have for each other will lead them back to each other eventually.”
As far as Purpose is concerned, the “Good For You” singer was obviously a major inspiration for her ex when it came to writing the album. The 21-year-old revealed that “probably three” songs on the record are about the former Disney star. “I don’t know if I’m over it yet,” he said on Access Hollywood. “I think that I’m definitely in another place and I think we’ve definitely went our separate ways. I love her and I want her to be awesome, but there are things that remind me of her.”
HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Selena supporting Justin’s album like this? Is it sweet, or totally crazy?
