Blake Shelton is LOVING co-starring on ‘The Voice’ with his leading lady Gwen Stefani, and he took the opportunity during their first live show on Nov. 9 to gush about the pop star on TV. See why Blake says Gwen makes him ‘so happy.’ We’ve got the scoop!

Gwen Stefani, 46, just makes Blake Shelton, 39, “so happy.” He couldn’t stop himself from raving about her on the first live episode of The Voice this season on Nov. 9. What did Gwen do that had Blake all hot and bothered? We have all the details here!

Blake is having a blast judging The Voice with his new girlfriend, Gwen, but the reason he couldn’t stop gushing about her during the first live episode isn’t for the reason you’d expect. “Team Gwen overall is whipping the crap out of Team Adam tonight,” Blake said, poking fun at his brother-from-another-mother on The Voice. “I’m just calling it like I see it. It’s fun to see Gwen just whip the crap out of Adam tonight. It makes me so happy! Just seeing Gwen kick the crap out of him makes me so happy!” To hear more about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!

Maybe Blake was just clowning on his good friend after his first night, or maybe he was just looking for an excuse to talk about how great his new girl is. And how could he not? She’s funny, beautiful, and her team is totally killing butt this year — we wouldn’t be able to shut up about her either! Gwen loved the praise from her country flame, as she couldn’t stop smiling and giggling all night long. Tone it down, you two! Just kidding, we’re loving every second of the adorable, flirty action. We can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow night when Blake and Pharrel‘s teams take the stage.
