Ah, Luke Bryan — you never cease to amaze us! The singer delivered yet another swoon-worthy performance at the CMA Awards this year and we literally still can’t stop thinking about it.

The CMA Awards were jam-packed full of hot country music performances, but Luke Bryan is always one of our favorites, and he once again delivered! The 39-year-old killed it with his raw performance of “Strip It Down,” and totally proved why he is one of the biggest names in country music.

Luke always keeps things pretty standard and simple when he performs at award shows, and that was no different tonight. He looked totally dapper in dark pants and a blue button down shirt tucked in, and made the performance all about his vocals and the lyrics to the sexy love song. Swooooon, though!

As the reigning Entertainer of the Year, Luke had a big name to live up to, especially since he’s going for the repeat at this year’s show! Not only is he nominated for the most-coveted award of the night, he’s also going against some of his buddies, like Blake Shelton and Dierks Bentley, for Male Vocalist of the Year. We’re rooting for you, Luke!

Since 2012, life has been quite the whirlwind for the “Kick The Dust Up” singer. His albums Tailgates & Tanlines, Crash My Party and Kill The Lights, released in 2011, 2013 and 2015, respectively, all shot to No. 1 on the country Billboard charts, and he’s had six No. 1 singles since the beginning of his career.

And things won’t be slowing down for the father of two, either. The first leg of his Kill The Lights tour kicks off in February, and he’s already announced that there’s more dates to come. Chances are, Luke is going to be sticking around this country music awards show — and others like it — for quite some time to come. We’re not complaining!
