Halloween may be over, but we can’t help but think about how great Jennifer Lopez’s skull costume was at Heidi Klum’s Halloween party! Get the how to for next year below!

Jennifer Lopez was unrecognizable with beau Casper Smart at Heidi Klum‘s Halloween party at LAVO in New York City on Oct. 31. Her makeup artist is spilling how to copy the costume with just three products below!

Makeup artist Alex Faction created the skull makeup looks on Casper and Jennifer using Mehron makeup.

“Mehron Paradise Paint has such incredible pigment and applying a even base is a breeze, it was my obvious go to when working with Jennifer and Casper this Halloween season. I’ve worked with Mehron in the past and as a brand they’re my favorite body painting company, hands down. Working with Jennifer was a dream, she is so kind and has the best laugh in the world. She is so beautiful and has incredible bone structure the makeup applied itself.

Skull makeup has always been my calling I’m obsessed with them. Jennifer and Casper had a few costumes in mind one being a skull makeup, we tossed around a few concepts and decided the skull was the way to go.

I wanted to execute a traditional, masculine skull on Casper to give the dark, menacing look and partner it with something glamorous. I decided to create something new, a glam skull hybrid focused on soft lines and blending but featuring structured traditional skull shapes. I wanted to keep the tones warms to complement the warmth in her skin tone as well as her hair color. We were thrilled with the result of a dark Halloween appropriate makeup that still held beauty and interest. We loved it!”

They looked amazing! Alex used just three products — Mehron Paradise Paint (Black and White) and Mehron Setting Spray.
