The track actually seemed to tell the story of Justin and Selena’s up-and-down relationship, and many speculated that it would appear on the Biebs’ upcoming album, Purpose, due out Nov. 13. However, both singers’ camps have remained radio silent regarding what the deal is, so an accidental leak is seeming more and more likely.
Still, both young stars are in the midst of releasing new material right now — Selena’s album, Revival, which you can buy here, just dropped on Oct. 9 — so it’s possible they also orchestrated the leak to draw attention to their work. As HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported, the song has been “planned for months,” so perhaps the timing of it all was very calculated.
While it looks like this track is nowhere to be found now that management has had it taken offline, there’s still a lot more to look forward to when it comes to Jelena’s careers. The “Good For You” singer will be hitting the road for Jingle Ball concerts at the end of this year, and she’ll embark on the Revival world tour in 2016.
