Glory Johnson is officially a mother of two. The Tusla Shock basketball star welcomed her precious twin girls a bit earlier than expected — 15 weeks early! She took to Instagram to share the news.

WNBA star Glory Johnson gave birth to twin girls 15 weeks early she revealed on Instagram. The Tulsa Shock player stated on Oct. 18, that her girls, Ava Simone & Solei Diem, arrived last week.

Glory shared a loving, yet heart-wrenching, post on Instagram after delivering her two little girls prematurely. “Babies Ava Simone & Solei Diem arrived on Monday! Born a little earlier than expected, I have No Worries because these babies are fighters just like I am!”

The post went on to say, “We all know God makes NO mistakes and by his Grace, everything will work out for the greater good. We will continue to trust God as they are in his hands. Continue to keep us Lifted because there is Sooo Much Power In PRAYER!!!” Also in the pic, you see the weight of both babies was only 1 pound, 7 ounces, that’s so scary. We hope these little ones continue to get stronger every day.

Glory later uploaded a second photo of her laying in a hospital bed with the caption: “I have So Much LEARNING to do before you BOTH get here … But I promise to prepare myself Everyday to Properly Welcome You Home!”

The birth of her babies comes just five months after she ended her short 28-day marriage with fellow WNBA player Brittney Griner. Brittney reportedly filed for an annulment to her marriage, just a day after Glory told the world she was pregnant.
