The fury came after Justin posted a Snapchat where he sorta dissed One Direction. Both he and 1D are dropping brand new albums on Nov. 13, and Justin’s teasing video suggests that Harry, Niall, Liam and Louis should be afraid of being caught in Justin’s shadow. One Direction thought Justin’s video was funny. Unfortunately, their fans did not.

It didn’t take much to pit the Directioners against the Beliebers. Justin’s fans called out 1D stans to “wake up” and realize that Justin’s album is going to be number 1 when it’s released. Directioners laughed this off, saying Justin shouldn’t think 1D is “afraid,” and that “Directioners [will] never abandon” their band.
Some 1D fans called Justin “stupid” while others said it’s a no brainer that One Direction will reign supreme! Bielibers responded by calling the “What Do You Mean? singer a “living legend!”
Sadly, some fans were caught in the middle — they liked both Justin AND One Direction. Some asked why this feud was “even a thing,” while others just wanted everyone to get along and play nice. After all, with six weeks until both albums drop, there’s plenty of time for their fans to save up and buy both albums!
