Kim Zolciak went through a very scary ordeal when she suffered a mini-stroke. As Kim continues to recover, Wendy Williams decided to joke about the incident by saying she hoped Kim wasn’t lying just to get off ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ That comment made the reality star furious!
Kim Zolciak, 37, will not stand for anyone who thinks she faked her mini-stroke. Once the Dancing With the Stars contestant caught wind of Wendy Williams‘, 51, joke about how she possibly fibbed about the medical ordeal, Kim had to set the record straight. The reality star fired back and made sure to call Wendy out for her rude comment.

Kim seems to think Wendy made that horrible comment about her medical scare because the 37-year-old wouldn’t appear on Wendy’s talkshow. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star wrote on Instagram alongside a screenshot of the email a producer at Wendy’s show sent her, “Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I “faked” my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn’t come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!” Saying that Kim may have faked her mini-stroke is so rude.
Wendy made this comment during her “Hot Topics” segment on Sept. 28. After throwing shade towards Kim for taking a selfie of herself following her mini-stroke, the hostess went on to talk about Kim’s medical condition. “She allegedly suffered a mini-stroke after returning home from DWTS last week. Now Kim is 37-years-old and, you know, she’s got six children. She looks terrific, you know, and by the way, the reality show is cute … but, Kim, my thought is, um, I hope you’re not fibbing about the stroke,” Wendy said.
“Kim, at 37 years old, if you did have a mini stroke, I’m sorry to hear about that. If, however, you just wanted to get off Dancing with the Stars, all you had to do was just stub your toe,” Wendy continued. “I don’t like talking about friends of the show if it’s in a shady way, but I’m in the purple chair, so it makes me do things.” Kim did not take that well at all. Although the 37-year-old hasn’t been doing well on DWTS, she’s looking forward to returning to the show.
Kim Hopes To Return To ‘DWTS’ After Mini-Stroke
Kim is hoping for a speedy recovery because she’s looking to get back onto the dance floor! After losing feeling in one side of her body from the stroke and spending two days in the hospital, Kim was given the OK to go home. “I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days. I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can’t express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing,” Kim said in a statement to HollywoodLife.com.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Should Wendy apologize for her hurtful comment towards Kim?
