Michelle Obama made sure all eyes were on her at the Chinese State Dinner, looking ever the part of the gorgeous, gracious host. Her black Vera Wang gown was something magical!
Michelle Obama, 49, has to be one of the most beautiful women in the world, and she showed President Obama just how lucky he was to have her when they co-hosted the Chinese State Dinner at the White House on September 25. The FLOTUS stunned in a magnificent black Vera Wang creation.
The Obamas, maybe the most attractive presidential couple in US history (seriously — look at them), took on hosting duties for the Chinese State Dinner, which honored China’s president Xi Jinpling, and his wife, Peng Liyuan. Michelle made sure to dress in her very best while attending the elaborate event, wearing a stunning gown that flaunted her curves.
Michelle has such a classic style; you remember her campaigning for President Obama in those cute J. Crew outfits? She combined demure and bombshell with a seriously amazing Vera Wang gown and side-swept, glamorous curls.
The gown was an off-the-shoulder, trumpeted number that hugged her tightly and showed off her enviable curves. The bottom puffed out perfectly, a dramatic dress for an elegant evening! A surprising feature of the dress: Michelle opted to go a little low-cut for the event, showing off some major cleavage — but still looking absolutely classy. We’re big fans of FLOTUS fashion, but this number really takes the cake!
It’s only just one example in a week full of great outfits, too. Michelle looked glam while meeting Pope Francis at the White House welcoming ceremony, wearing a navy Monique Lhuillier Fall 2015 3/4-sleeve dress, and a killed pair of Jimmy Choo pumps. Stately, and stunning!
