Kim Zolciak isn’t letting a mini stroke keep her from dancing! The reality star is reportedly so set on continuing her run on ‘DWTS,’ that she’s been practicing her routines with partner Tony Dovolani AT the hospital!
Don’t count Kim Zolciak, 37, out on Dancing With the Stars just yet! She may have suffered a stroke after the Sept. 22 show, and even though she’s still in the hospital, she’s reportedly been hard at work perfecting her dance moves with Tony Dovolani ahead of Monday’s show.
So far, we’ve only seen photos of Kim looking pretty worn down in bed since she got to the hospital on Sept. 23, but according to a new report, that’s not all she’s been doing! Her pro partner, Tony, has been by her side all week long, and has been teaching her all the moves for their routine on Monday, TMZ claims.
Originally, Kim thought she would be getting out of the hospital on Sept. 24, but as of the morning of the 25th, she was still being watched over by doctors — she even had another procedure done that day! But, so far, all of Kim’s messages from the hospital bed have been inspiring and optimistic. In fact, DWTS’s producers think she’ll make it in time for the next episode!
The reality star’s doctors have yet to give her the go-ahead to return to Los Angeles for the show, according to TMZ, but once they do, competing on the show actually won’t be dangerous for her health. “If Kim has been evaluated and put on blood thinners if need be, there is no reason she can’t return to her regular routine,” Dr. Bruce Lee told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. So refreshing to hear! After a rough first dance, Kim improved SO much last in Week 2, so it would be so great if she could come back and continue to show off her progress.
We’re continuing to send our thoughts to Kim as she recovers. Tell us, HollywoodLifers: Do YOU think she should compete on Monday’s live show of DWTS?
