In a video called “My Trainer Shows No Mercy!” Khloe Kardashian, 31, is seen working out with her trainer Gunnar Peterson. In the video, you can see the “butt implant machine” and more! Get her fit tips below!
In the nearly 3 minute video, Khloe does a little bit of everything — throwing a medicine ball into a trampoline (when off balance she says there are “balls in my face”), going back and forth on a slide board, sprinting on an elliptical and squatting while carrying a ton of weight on her shoulders. That machine? She calls it the “butt implant machine.”
If you don’t have a slide board, Gunnar explains how to do it at home. Take a cookie sheet and apply sand paper on the top. Use it on a carpet, sliding your foot back, forward and to the side.
“There are a number of ways to hit those muscle groups at home. Think about friction or drag. This is not going to work on a wood floor, but you could just put a towel down, or you could just go in your socks and slide between two fixed objects — do it between the counter and the fridge and use it to push off.” Easy!

Khloe runs with a resistance band attached to a stable object to get lean legs and a tight core. You can also do this one at home. Gunnar says: “Choose someone reliable [to give you resistance], and use anything. You could [run against someone holding] towel, you could do it with a garden hose, whatever you have at home.” Khloe recently lost 35 pounds doing these exercises!
