Talk about hair goals! The models at Nanette Lepore’s Spring 2016 presentation during NYFW had perfectly unperfect, textured hair. Find out how YOU can get the exact look!

Perfect hair is SO last year. We are totally obsessed with the hair look at Nanette Lepore‘s NYFW Spring 2016 presentation on September 15. Want to get the exact look? We are breaking it all down for you — from the products used to the exact six-step process. Read on!

Hair Stylist Antonio Prieto and his team used John Masters Organics products to create the model’s relaxed and textured locks. They explained:

“We’re creating a specific shape without  being over elaborate. The look has an element of identity for each girl and is also easy to duplicate at home. We are doing a low part on the side and sweeping fringe tucked in behind the ear. The rest of the hair is down with texture. The texture is not about being pretty or perfect, it’s more about being carefree. This look represents the self-confident women of today.”

To create this look, three John Masters Organics products were used:

  1. Sea Mist Salt Spray — for texture and body
  2. Green Tea Leave-in Conditioner — to hydrate the hair
  3. Deep Scalp Follicle Treatment and Volume — for shine and volume

Step 1: Beginning with dry hair, spritz the roots with John Masters Organics Deep Scalp Follicle Treatment & Volumizer to give strands some lift.

Step 2: Next, spritz the hair in sections with John Masters Organics Sea Mist Sea Salt Spray with Lavender to add texture and boost volume.

Step 3: Flip the head upside down and blast hair with a blow dryer for two minutes to create additional volume. Flip the head rightside up and blow dry for another two minutes.

Step 4:  Create loose waves with a curling iron by wrapping the hair around the barrel in two-inch sections.

Step 5: To create the deep side part, pin the hair back behind the ears on both sides.

Step 6: Finish the ends by spritzing them with John Masters Organics Green Tea & Calendula Leave-in Conditioning Mist that helps to soften and hydrate the hair.

Also, how cool are those nails?! Caption Polish was used to create the dynamic look. Here’s how you can get the exact nail look!

Step 1: Apply Caption Polish Base Coat

Step 2: Apply two coats of Look, Don’t Touch from cuticle to free edge

Step 3: Clean off the brush so there is only a little polish remaining and lightly swipe across the nail in various directions to create faint brush strokes using Heaven Help Me

Step 4: Apply Caption Polish’s Top Coat
