The heart-pounding competition series, ‘American Ninja Warrior,’ features obstacle courses so difficult that nobody has ever been crowned the winner — until now! Find out who is officially the champion after 7 seasons!

After countless winner-less seasons, one individual has finally completed the challenges necessary to be the champion of American Ninja Warrior! Not only will this strong contestant win the coveted title, but he will also walk away with a whopping $1,000,000 prize!

Professional rock climber Isaac Caldiero became the first person to complete the stages necessary to win American Ninja, NBC announced on September 14. “Winning this event always seemed impossible,” Isaac told Entertainment Weekly. “As the first American Ninja Warrior I want to use this opportunity to inspire the world to find your impossible and conquer it.”

After completing the preliminary rounds, Isaac competed in the national finals round in Las Vegas, where he faced a crazy four-stage course modeled after the legendary Mt. Midoriyama course in Japan. Season after season, viewers have tuned in to see if any contestant can successfully complete the courses, and now that someone has, will people stop watching? Executive producer Kent Weed thinks the exact opposite will happen!

“I think it only helps the show and it’s only going to bring more viewers. They’ve done something nobody’s done before, but can they do it again? You’ve seen it before with athletes, where people who have risen and gotten very far, and then disappeared. Will we have a repeat next season? And we’re always adjusting the courses and making them more difficult,” he told EW.
