Chris Brown just got the sweetest victory prize — Royalty. The singer left the court house after winning 50/50 custody of his precious daughter. The pic nearly melted our souls.
Chris Brown, 26, is practically glowing with happiness. On Sept. 11 a Texan judge ruled in his favor, he will have joint custody of his daughter Royalty. Nia Guzman, 32, will have to bite her tongue and let him parent their one-year-old baby girl.
The judge has awarded Chris with joint custody of his daughter, and he’s ecstatic. His attorney Mark Geragos took to Twitter to share a sweet photo of Breezy celebrating with the caption, “#proudDad.” It looks to us that the singer beelined out of the court room and straight into Royalty’s arms.
In the snap, Chris is tightly hugging his prized possession and kissing her on the head. Honestly, it’s such a heartwarming photo, we keep starring at it. The ruling turned out to be in his favor and the smile on his face says it all.
Chris will share joint physical custody of his daughter with Nia, and she will go back and fourth every 4 days, according toTMZ. Sounds intense, but thankfully Nia now lives in Cali. Here’s the kicker, Nia originally wanted a whooping $15k for child support, but will only receive $2,500 a month. That’s still a big chunk of change for a one-year-old.
An insider confirmed EXCLUSIVELY toHollywoodLife.com that “Paternity has been adjudicated. Chris is Royalty’s father”. Our insider also revealed that Breezy “is required to pay all medical bills or medical insurance for Royalty too.” No word yet on what will happen to Royalty when Chris has tour dates.
