Anytime Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon get together, we know we’re going to have a good time — and this wasn’t any different. The two stars performed the sixth installment of  ‘History of Rap’ and it was EPIC! Watch the video here.

Can Jimmy Fallon, 40, be featured on Justin Timberlake’s, 34, next album? Jimmy and Justin kicked off The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Sept. 9 by singing — and dancing! — along to a medley of songs for “History of Rap Part 6”, which included some Salt-N-Pepa and Kendrick Lamar!

The energetic performance had Justin and Jimmy singing along to classic hits like Salt-N-Pepa’s “Let’s Talk About Sex,” R. Kelly‘s “Ignition”, Kendrick’s “B–ch Don’t Kill My Vibe” and Big Sean‘s “I Don’t F–k With You” — along with many other hits! We have to say that their singing and dancing was as incredible as ever.

Justin & Jimmy’s Friendship

If one thing is true, it’s that these two have the best friendship of any celebrities and basically, we want to be a third wheel with them. Whether they’re in a rap war, or camping on SNL, or doing an incredible live opening for the 40th anniversary show, we know one thing — these two are adorable.

Apparently they’re so close that Jimmy interrupted Justin’s wedding speech to Jessica Biel. “Picture this: I’m in the heart of an impromptu speech at my wedding reception in front of 150 guests, pouring it out to my lovely new bride,” Justin wrote in Time magazine in April 2013, as he wrote the intro for Jimmy’s spot on the Time 100 List of Most Influential. “You could hear a pin drop. I paused for just a moment in between thoughts. And then there was Jimmy, shouting a joke from his seat, sparking an improv between the two of us that went on for a good five or 10 minutes and had all our guests roaring with laughter. Interrupting the groom’s speech at the wedding reception? Cracking jokes when your buddy is looking desperately for the words to say that he hopes his wife will remember forever?”

“It turned into a moment that everyone there will remember forever. Anyone else would have bombed on that stage. And then I would have kicked their ass,” Justin wrote. “But this was Jimmy Fallon. He just can’t help himself. And neither can we.”

Did you love their latest mashup?
