On Sunday night, Sept. 13, Dove Cameron returns as twin sisters Liv & Maddie for season 3 of the hit Disney Channel series. Finally! Will Maddie pull off stopping an airplane from taking off and bringing Diggie (Ryan McCartan) to Australia? As you can see in the above preview, she definitely tries… along with the help of her younger brother, Joey (Joey Bragg). Don’t worry, HollywoodLife.com isn’t ready to spoil the season premiere episode for you — but our fingers are crossed that Maddie gets her ex to stay!
“I was blown away by the acting and comedic timing of Dove, Joey, Tenzing and the rest of the cast, but the best part of the experience for me was seeing my daughter (9), Juliet’s face as I became part of her favorite show on TV,” guest star Frank Caliendo told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

While Joey and Maddie try to catch Diggie before he departs for Australia, Liv covers for Maddie at home. Meanwhile, Liv gets a call from her manager telling her she landed a coveted role in a new TV show, “Voltage.”
Here’s the synopsis for the second episode, “Voltage-A-Rooney’:
Maddie enlists Liv’s help to build a giant Paulie Porcupine head for the Homecoming parade, but Joey and Parker accidentally destroy it while playing around with a stunt-prop from Liv’s TV show, “Voltage.”
