The Super Bowl 50 could be the most epic yet! While Bruno Mars was offered the show spot in 2016, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that Taylor Swift and Britney Spears are not out of the running. In fact, these stars could all be performing together! Find out the details.
The Super Bowl’s golden anniversary is coming up in Feb. 2016, and the halftime show will definitely be one to remember. Bruno Mars, 29, has reportedly been offered to curate the show, which means we could see big name performers on stage with him if he agrees — Taylor Swift, 25, and Britney Spears, 33, we’re looking at you! So what exactly can we expect from the Superbowl 50 halftime show? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop!
“The NFL would rather have multiple acts over one main act for the Super Bowl halftime show. They know they are running out of people to do it so they want to make this year a bigger deal with a host of different acts instead of one, especially since it’s the 50th Super Bowl,” an NFL insider spills to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Lucky for us, that means the bigger stars, the better! “That is why they have asked Britney, Taylor, Bruno and others to make it a once in a lifetime performance,” our insider continues. “They want to give their fans as much entertainment as possible.”
This already sounds like one incredible show! Britney Spears and Taylor Swift were rumored to be in talks as the Super Bowl headliner before Bruno was offered the spot. Nothing is booked yet, however. “The NFL is throwing their net far and wide and wants to see who they can get, so Taylor is still an option,” an insider EXCLUSIVELY told us. Britney is still an option and Bruno is also an option. Nobody has confirmed though but the league wants it set by Thanksgiving.”
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you hope Britney, Taylor and Bruno perform together at the Superbowl 50? Who would you be most excited to see perform? Let us know!
