The creators of ‘Glee’ have done it again. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan just released the opening credits to the most-anticipated fall TV show, ‘Scream Queens,’ and well — it involves a lot of screaming.
Take a look at the opening credits here, where you get to meet Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Diego Boneta, Glen Powell, Keke Palmer, Skyler Samuels, Billie Lourd and of course… who ever it is behind that creepy little Devil mask.
On Sept. 2, creator Ryan Murphy posted his first-ever YouTube video of the new intro — all minute and forty seconds worth. The intro definitely gives off the campy, funny, and yes, creepy vibe of the new show, that we’ve been waiting for. While everyone in the cast is being threatened by the devil, we have no idea who the killer is — and the cast doesn’t know either. We also did catch that Lea does take off that neck brace midway through!
“Ryan has created something where people are gonna die every week,” Jamie Lee Curtis told our sister site, TVLine at Comic-Con. “And every single person has a motive.” However, while people will die every week, that doesn’t mean they all will. Unlike Ryan’s other show, American Horror Story, some characters will return in the next season, he said during Comic Con.
Lea Michele actually does think she has her guess of who the killer is right. “I feel like the killer is definitely a girl,” she told our sister site Variety. “That’s all I’m going to say. I have a theory. I’ve tested the theory with Brad, and his reaction was close to being spot-on for what I’d imagine he’d do if I was correct.”
