We’re used to seeing Kim and her glamorous, fabulous life, but behind the scenes, she’s living with an unimaginable pain. Kim’s desire for motherhood, and fear that she won’t have it again, are controlling her every thought.
Kim Kardashian, 36, found joy when her daughter North West, 2, came into her life, and she’s about to experience that again with baby #2. But her ultimate fear is that she’ll have to get a hysterectomy after this high-risk pregnancy, and never have the chance to be a mother again, a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Poor Kim! She’s spoken openly that she may have to get her uterus removed after giving birth, as she has a condition called “placenta accreta,” which proves dangerous for Kim. The KUWTK star is such a good mother, and she’s going to be one again; it’s so, so sad that she believes she won’t have another chance after that.
“Kim’s terrified of having a hysterectomy,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She’s trying to stay positive but it’s scary. She wants to have more kids so she’ll be heartbroken if she ends up having to get her uterus removed.
“Kim is doing her best to downplay it but it’s really scary,” the source continued. “So far she feels healthier than she did when she was pregnant with North but it’s still something that’s hanging over her head.”

It’s good that she’s feeling healthy! But she needs to feel happy, too! Having a hysterectomy is a major, life-changing procedure. It would be so heartbreaking if Kim had to go through that ordeal. We just wish her the best health and happiness as she struggles with this.
