The Kardashian/Jenner clan dished to Star mag about all of their diet and fitness hacks and we cannot wait to try them out ourselves!
Is it just us, or do the Kardashian/Jenner sisters look the best they have ever looked? All five sisters, Kourtney, 36, Kim, 34, Khloe, 31, Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 18, have drop-dead bodies and we need to know their secrets. Read on to see how you can lose weight for autumn and get a toned tummy just like the members of the world’s most famous family!
Kendall’s body is unreal, obviously, she is a supermodel! You can look like her too, though, with these helpful tips. A source close to Star magazine said, “Kendall sticks to a relatively healthy diet of lean proteins: chicken breast, turkey and white fish.” One of her “biggest indulgences” is sushi, (ours too!). “Her dish of choice is yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno from Nobu,” the source said.
Before modeling gigs, Kendall gets down to business. “Kendall downs detox tea, and she snacks on apples, string cheese, and Greek yogurt,” said the source. “She starts the day with a veggie-stuffed egg-white omelette, skips a hearty lunch in favor of small snacks (raw nuts, plain yogurt or fruit) and treats herself to whatever she wants for dinner.”
We need to know Khloe’s tricks because we have never seen her look so hot and curvy! Khloe’s celeb fitness trainer, Gunnar Peterson, told the mag that Khloe is one of his top clients. “She’s all about getting it done. She’s not one of the ones in here gawking at everything or questioning things.” Sources close to the mag said, “she limits sweets, relies on lean meats for energy, and enjoys only the occasional splurge.”
Kourtney looks the best she has ever looked, and she has three kids — now that takes hard work and dedication. Kourtney got her revenge body, by hiring Fergie‘s personal trainer, Don Brooks. Also, according to a source close to the mag, “She tries to make most of her food herself, incorporating fresh organic produce and nonprocessed foods. She snacks on homemade trail mixes with coconut oil, pumpkin seeds and nuts, and she packs her main meals with lean protein, lentils, and legumes.”
Wow, now that we know their fitness plans, we can’t wait to try them out ourselves — can you?
