As if Harry Styles hasn’t suffered enough accidents on One Direction’s ‘On The Road Again’ tour. The singer didn’t fall down on stage this time. Instead, a fan decided it would be a good idea to throw a can filled with water on stage and the object hit Harry in the face!
Poor Harry Styles, 21! The One Direction singer was walking on stage during the “On The Road Again” concert in Philadelphia on Sept. 1 when he suffered a minor injury. Before the boyband started their next song, a fan in the audience threw a can on stage and it smacked Harry right in the face. Ouch!
This has to be the third injury Harry has received on the North American leg of the OTRA tour. Not only did Harry fall twice, once at the beginning of the tour in San Diego, Calif. and again in Toronto, Canada, he got hurt again at the group’s Philadelphia tour stop. Apparently an over zealous fan just wanted to be noticed by the guys and figured throwing a can of Red Bull filled with water on the stage would be the way to do it. The can went up so high, it managed to smack the 21-year-old in the face. Take a look at the footage below.
The fan responsible for hurting Harry was found Twitter apologizing for her actions long after the night ended. While Hanna wasn’t technically noticed by Harry after throwing the can at him, his mom noticed her and responded to the incident. Anne Twist, 46, was not happy about what happened to her son.

Anne went on Twitter to sternly tell fans to think before going through with their actions. After finding out Harry was totally okay, she went on to say, “No harm done … This time 😠… Unless you’re on a sports field is it acceptable to throw things at people?! I think not.” While Hanna apologized profusely for what she did, fans continued to bully the Directioner and Anne had to step in once again. She asked fans to stop bullying Hanna and to “please learn from the incident and be kind.” Hopefully they all take her pleas to heart and refrain from throwing things on stage at future 1D concerts!
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Should One Direction’s security start cracking down on the items being brought into their concerts?
