OMG! In a new Instagram photo, Khloe Kardashian’s body looks completely misshapen as she praises the dangerous waist trainer squeezing her insides together.
Khloe Kardashian, 31, is still waist training, unfortunately, and now it looks like she’s taken things to a terrifying new level. On Tuesday, Sept. 1 the youngest of the Kardashian sisters shared her latest photo, and this time her waist looks so scary small that HollywoodLife.com is actually hoping it’s been photoshopped.
Oh, Khloe… how can you promote something so dangerous? Yes, every woman loves to look slim and sleek, but waist training is just too dangerous to mess with. Unfortunately, it seems as if Khloe is ignoring the warnings by health officials about how horrible waist training can be on your vital organs.
“I’m obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody,” Khloe captioned the photo, praising the brand that helped get her waist squeezed tightly into the trainer she’s wearing. She said that the brand “keep[s] my waist snatched and posture perfect. Once you try it, you will become obsessed!!!” At this time, HollywoodLife.com has decided NOT to share the brand and/or where Khloe suggests you to purchase them.
It’s really scary to see Khloe like this because she has always been such a very sexy curvy woman, but in the above photo her waist looks entirely unnatural. A 38.9 inch waist is the 2015 average for American women, but Khloe’s waist looks like it’s only about half of that.
As you might remember, HollywoodLife.com spoke EXCLUSIVELY with Matthew Griffin, owner of DavidBartonGym, in Feb. 2015 about the dangers of waist training. “Our abs are an essential element to the stabilization of our entire body, especially our spines,” he explained. “It is not only ineffective to depend on an outside force for a false sense of security, but downright dangerous depending on the exercise being performed.”
He also explained that, “If a corset is used to only mimic the shape of a toned midsection without actually using our muscles, the result is a false sense of strength and muscular engagement. It is much more effective, for both visual and health purposes, to work your abs (correctly) on their own- without an outside force providing an infrastructure that should be created through muscular contraction.”
Hmm, maybe Khloe should take his advice before she hurts herself! Plus, there are better and safer ways to get your abs in tip-top shape.
