‘Bachelorette’ star Chris Bukowski just declared that he’s officially done with appearing on TV. After getting rejected by Tenley on the Aug. 31 episode of ‘Bachelor In Paradise,’ he claims that he no longer wants to be a part of Bachelor Nation.
Chris Bukowski‘s, 28, time on reality TV has been a roller coaster ride. He first appeared on The Bachelorette and then he made appearances on Bachelor spinoff shows like Bachelor Pad and Bachelor In Paradise. But after his most recent drunken appearance on BIP on Aug. 31, the reality star claims that he is so over the drama and no longer wants to be a part of the franchise.
Chris’s most recent foray into Bachelor Nation was a brief and very drunken appearance on the second season of Bachelor In Paradise. “What you saw is me at my absolute weakest moment, masking everything in my head behind ounces of alcohol. I returned to ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ in hopes of finding a date to my sister’s wedding. I left without a single memory of my time there,” Chris wrote on the website Rantnow.com. While reflecting on his drunken escapades, Chris realized that it was time for him to go. “I won’t miss it. I can’t wait for my television career to be over. I miss being me. And after today, I get to be me again. The best part is, this is the last apology I’ll have to write. I’ll never have to be sorry for being myself. I’ve made great friends through this journey and for that I will be forever grateful to ‘The Bachelor’ franchise.” Aw, so sad. We’ll miss you Chris.
The fun loving Chris was clearly not looking for love as he made his second appearance on Bachelor In Paradise. He spent the whole day getting trashed and then drunkenly asked Tenley on a date, but she shot him down as nicely as she could. Then, her man, Joshua asked Chris if he wasn’t going to use it, could he? So, he did — and he took Tenley on it. So cold!
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Is Chris really done with Bachelor Nation? Sound off in the comments below!
