OMG! Nick Minaj just kicked off the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in the BIGGEST way possible! The rapper brought twerking back in a major way before hitting the stage with none other than Taylor Swift! Are you ready for this?!

Nicki Minaj, 31, never fails to put on a memorable live show, and her performance at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards was far and beyond her best one yet! The “Anaconda” rapper opened the show for the second year in a row with a killer performance featuring raunchy dance moves, a throne of naked men and yes even her very own frenemy Taylor Swift, 25!

Okay, we don’t even know where to begin with this one! Nicki’s “Trini Dem Girls” performance at the VMAs was filled with tribal dancing, twerking, grinding and the occasional patting of the pum pum (look it up.) The rapper kicked things off by singing from a throne of what was essentially naked men, before making her way down the stage to demonstrate some of the raunchiest dance moves we’ve ever seen on the VMA stage. But really, what else did you expect from the woman who brought us “Anaconda?”

What we didn’t expect, was for Nicki to bring out her one-time enemy Taylor Swift for a joint performance of their hits “The Night Is Still Young” and “Bad Blood.” Seriously, this was a history-making VMA moment if we’ve ever seen one! Dressed in matching sparkly red outfits, the two chart toppers hit the stage together proving once and for all that they’ve their beef has officially been squashed!

In case you forgot, the drama all started when Nicki took to Twitter to voice her disappointment over being left out of the highly-coveted Video Of The Year category. “If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year,” she tweeted.  Taylor, whose “Bad Blood” video was nominated, took this as a personal attack and responded, setting off what would became a major Twitter feud before apologizing for “missing the point” on July 23. And as you can see, the rest is history.

We for one couldn’t be more thrilled that these two put up a united front and did so in a such an amazing way. Way to go, ladies!
