While Kim was taking pictures, her daughter, North, went swimming with her cousins, Penelope Disick and Mason Disick. North looked the cutest as she and Penelope had fun splashing around and playing in the sand. North’s grandmother, Kris, walked the beach while she wearing a very flattering black bikini. Khloe and Kendall had a “booty-off” while Kylie seemed content to soak up some rays.

Kim is enjoying her pregnant body as much as possible. Once Kim delivers her son, she may have to get her uterus removed. Oh now! “Well, they think I’ll have placenta accreta again,” Kim said during an interview with C Magazine, “so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me.” That is frightening and we hope that it doesn’t come to that!
