Okay, Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour guests just keep getting better and better! She TOTALLY killed it on the last of five shows at the Staples Center and fans went absolutely wild when Justin Timberlake joined her on stage for a duet of ‘Mirrors.’ Watch here!
Raise your hand if you wish you were at Taylor Swift’s concert in Los Angeles on Aug. 26 (*raises hand*)! The 25-year-old brought out not one, not two, but THREE epic guests to perform with her, including Justin Timberlake, who REALLY got the crowd pumped up. The A-list singers teamed up to sing the 32-year-old’s hit “Mirrors,” bringing the audience members to their feet. Taylor also pointed out to the crowd that this was Justin’s first performance since welcoming his son, Silas, in April 2015, and said she really appreciated him coming out. Oh, she also called him her “favorite artist EVER,” so this was probably just as a big of a deal for her as it was for us!
“Unforgettable night thanks to that LA crowd….. And @jtimberlake,” Taylor tweeted, with a video of the pair performing. Justin seemed to be having the time of his life, as well, and proudly posted a photo of himself and Taylor backstage before the show.
We knew Taylor would be doing it big when her tour hit L.A., and even though she’s had amazing guests joined her on stage before this night, it’s kind of hard to top this one! Besides Justin, she was also joined by her BFF, Selena Gomez, 22, for a duet of “Good For You,” and Lisa Kudrow, who channeled her Friends character, Phoebe Buffay, for a rendition of “Smelly Cat.” Seriously — AMAAAAZING.
Okay, HollywoodLifers, tell us: What do you think of Taylor’s performance with Justin? Do you think she can POSSIBLY bring out any better guests than these three?!
