One Direction: Did Band Leave Space For Zayn Malik In ‘Drag Me Down’ Video? Fans Freak

In One Direction’s hot new video for ‘Drag Me Down,’ there are a few moments where you can spot a giant gap between some of the guys. Was this their way of saving room for Zayn in the group? Directioners sure think so!

If only one thing could be said about One Direction fans, it’s that they sure like their conspiracy theories. Fans of Harry Styles, 21, Louis Tomlinson, 23, Niall Horan, 21, and Liam Payne, also 21, are convinced that their favorite group intentionally left space between them in their latest music video to let former member Zayn Malik, 23, know he always has a place with them. Yes, really! To hear more about Zayn Malik, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!

Hmm. Okay, this time the One Direction fans of the world might be onto something good. The group just released their first music video without former 5th member Zayn, and upon watching it some fans realized that they repeatedly leave a person-sized space between themselves. Or, should I say, a Zayn-sized shape?

The most notable moments in which a space is present are in the photos above. First you can see Louis, Harry, Liam, and Niall standing in a hangar and there is a large gap between Liam and Harry. Could that be Zayn’s spot?

Next up we see the guys walking across a metal bridge to board their NASA spaceship, and, once again, there is a large gap between Harry and Niall. Last but not least, when the four guys are in the elevator going up to the spaceship, there is another space right smack in the middle of them. Wow!

See what the fans are saying below, and then decide for yourself:

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers — Did One Direction leave room for Zayn in their video, or is this just one big fan theory? Comment below with your thoughts!
