Perrie Edwards is finally breaking her silence on her split from Zayn Malik! The Little Mix star spoke with TV host, James Corden Aug. 17 for the first time about calling off her engagement and you won’t believe what she had to say.
Were there tears and Kleenex flying around when The Late Late Show host, James Corden asked Perrie Edwards how she’s been doing since her public break up with Zayn Malik? Nope! Perrie seemed confident, strong and totally at ease when answering the question everyone has been dying to know the answer to.
James asked the 22-year-old: “Are you OK? It’s been a tough few weeks, are you alright?” Much to everyone’s surprise the singer responded: “Do you know what? I’m good. We are having an absolute blast in America. Things are going so well, and I just wake up every day and thank my lucky stars that I have these three girls.” This is such amazing news because we were very worried for Perrie, considering she and Zayn didn’t just break up, they called off an entire wedding!
Meanwhile, Zayn just can’t help but cause beef with everyone on Twitter, including his ex. He went on Twitter and asked fans to tell him which is the better single: “Worth It” by Fifth Harmony or “Black Magic” by Little Mix. In the tweet, which was originally created by a fan, people were asked to retweet if they thought “Worth It” was the best or favorite if they thought “Black Magic” takes the cake. Zayn actually “retweeted” it — how rude! He also unfollowed Little Mix on Twitter— lame!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Perrie is just trying to put on a brave face?
