Scott Disick is reportedly working extra hard to get back in Kourtney Kardashian’s good graces, but her family is NOT on-board with a reunion. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on how the Kardashian clan feels about the exes possibly getting back together.
If Kourtney Kardashian, 36, takes Scott Disick, 32, back…she may lose many other important relationships in her life. The reality star’s family members are SO not feeling a reconciliation, and it’s going to take a LOT for them to change their mind, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.
After years of back-and-forth, Kourtney finally ended things with Scott after he was photographed getting handsy with Chloe Bartoli in early July — and it seemed like it would be for good. Still, the 36-year-old has, of course, let her ex spend time with their kids, especially Mason, 5, and Penelope, 3, and these outings have really made the Lord realize how much he misses his old life. Now, he’s reportedly “pleading” with Kourtney for a second chance, according to Us Weekly.
This news is worrying to Kourtney’s family, who has seen him win her back before, only to go back to the same behavior after a few weeks. “Kourtney taking Scott back has been something her family has worried about all along,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She swore up and down never again, but they all know it’s a real possibility. It’s something everyone in her life is against.”
Even family members like Kris Jenner, 59, and Khloe Kardashian, 31, who have been on Scott’s side through some of his toughest moments, are skeptical. “If she does take him back, it will be very difficult for her to find anyone to support that decision — especially if he isn’t sober,” our insider adds. “If Scott were to truly commit to sobriety and prove he was going to make it work, then Kourtney might have her family’s blessing, but right now, she’d be going against everyone’s wishes.”
Kourtney Hints She Might Take Scott Back
Unfortunately, if Kourtney’s latest Instagram is any indication, she may be closer to taking Scott back than we think. “The more you love your decisions, the less you need others to love them,” she posted on the social media site.
Obviously, this is super cryptic, but with everything that’s going on, it seems pretty likely that she’s referring to the idea that she doesn’t care what other people think about her decision to get back with her ex. Guess the haters — and her family — will have to just accept it!
Tell us, HollywoodLifers — do you think Kourtney should get back with Scott?
