Khloe Kardashian just can’t catch a break in the love department. The reality star could be facing more heartbreak because James Harden is apparently too invested in his career than Khloe, an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Poor Khloe Kardashian, 31. When it comes to relationships, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star doesn’t have much luck and she may be changing her status to single once again. A source close to her beau, James Harden, 25, EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com the basketball player values his career more than his love life.
A $200 million deal with Adidas, a great career in the NBA, what more could a guy ask for? Even though James is dating one of the hottest reality stars out there, an insider close to the Houston Rockets guard is ready to drop Khloe if their relationship interferes with his job. “James has been listening to his friends,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He’s telling them that he’s just ‘having fun’ with Khloe and they’re taking things slowly. He does like her, but at the same time, nothing comes before his career.” It makes sense that James is just having fun with Khloe. After all, it’s not like the NBA player needs money or fame from the KUWTK reality star. He’s a star in his own right!
The shooting guard is constantly being reminded by his friends in the NBA league to not get too caught up in the Kardashians’ world. “James is one of the best ballers in the NBA and his friends from around the league are reminding him of just that. He’s got a huge contract from the NBA. He’s also about to get mad paper from Adidas. He needs not one thing from Khloe,” the insider continued to say. “He’s already self made and his NBA brothers are telling him not to get ‘caught up in that circus’ with Khloe and her family. They want him to get his mind right and want him to know that he’s on earth to hoop, not to be some sell-out reality TV star.” Apparently James’ friends don’t need to worry too much because he knows his value in the game.
James Harden Accepts $200 Million Adias Deal
The Houston Rockets guard signed a 13-year, $200 million contract with adidas — and he’s getting a clothing collection out of the deal! That’s a pretty sweet arrangement. After six years of wearing Nike on the court, the best beard in the game is stepping out for bigger and better things — to the tune of a cool $15.38 million a year! For Adidas, they knew they wanted James on their team. We’re a brand of creators and James embodies that more than any athlete in the game. His addition to the Adidas basketball family is a game changer,” said Chris Grancio, Adidas global basketball general manager, in a statement. A game changer indeed!
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Will Khloe and James last if his first priority is his career?
