We’re just another step closer to finding out who ‘A’ is, once and for all! A major clue about the identity of ‘A’ was revealed on ‘Good Morning America,’ just hours ahead of what we can imagine will be an ‘A’wesome summer finale!

Patient Pretty Little Liars fans have long-awaited the unmasking of “A,” and the day is finally here. Now that we’ve been promised that the villain’s identity will be revealed at long last, we’ll take any clue we can get our hands on! A special clue was revealed on Good Morning America on Aug. 11, right before the summer finale — but unfortunately it hasn’t helped much!

And here’s the clue: “A has been in more than five episodes.” WHAT?! That’s it?! There are a TON of characters who have appeared in more than five episodes, so this doesn’t really help narrow it down, but at least we now know it’s not going to be someone totally random!

We’re in awe! “A” has tortured Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) for five and a half seasons, and we are on the edge of our seats that after all this time, we’ll finally come face-to-face with the villain. But who will it be? We’ve been suspicious of everyone lately!

‘Pretty Little Liars’ Creator Confirms We Will Come Face-To-Face With ‘A’

For those of you that are still suspicious that “A'”s identity won’t be revealed, we promise this is not a drill. PLL creator I. Marlene King confirmed that we will definitely see “A'”s face on the summer finale — so be sure to tune in!

“It’s no lie. You are going to come face-to-face with ‘A,’” Marlene said. “The summer of answers is not just coming. It’s here. You’re gonna see ‘A’s’ face. You’re gonna hear ‘A’s’ story,” Marlene confirmed, adding, “You will have no more questions after that episode.” It’s about time!

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Will you be tuning into the PLL summer finale? Who do you think “A” is? Sound off below!
