Remember, WWE Fans: leave the wrestling to the trained professionals. While Roman Reigns faced Bray Wyatt at a WWE Event, a fan threw a ‘Money In The Bank’ briefcase at him, nailing Roman in the back of the head! Yikes!

It can be tough to be a WWE Superstar. Not only do you have to face fellow wrestlers who want to powerbomb, piledrive and chokeslam you in the middle of the ring, sometimes, sometimes the audience attacks you too! Roman Reigns, 30, was facing Bray Wyatt, 28, during a live event when a fan assaulted him with a steel briefcase!

The WWE’s SummerSlam Tour pulled into the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, British Columbia on Aug. 8, according to Bleacher Report. During the event, Roman and Bray were involved in a brutal match that saw Bray blast Roman with a sick a kendo stick shot. Ouch! Suddenly, the match became a 2-on-1, when a ringside fan got involved!

The fan reportedly had a replica of the Money In The Bank briefcase, the same kind of briefcase that Seth Rollins used to rob Roman of the WWE Championship. The fan may have been trying to replicate Seth’s WrestleMania moment by throwing the briefcase into the ring! The fan’s aim was on point because it reportedly hit Roman in the back or neck area!

That’s not good. The moment right after the attack were caught on video. Eyewitness accounts claim that Roman was “stunned and frustrated,” though the video clearly shows he was pissed off!. Thankfully, Roman was able to recover enough to finish the match, scoring a victory over Bray.

As for the fan? They was reportedly escorted out by security and then arrested! Scan BC on Twitter reported that Victoria Police responded to a call about someone who “assaulted a WWE wrestler.” On top of the arrest, the fan has been banned from all future WWE events, reports CTV.

Seth Rollins Breaks John Cena’s Nose With Nasty Kick On ‘Monday Night Raw’ — Watch

WWE Superstars have too much to worry about in the ring to deal with fans outside. Wrestling got a little too real for Seth and John Cena during the July 27 episode of Monday Night Raw. While these two champions went head to head, Seth decided to go knee-to-face, breaking John’s nose with a devastating kick! If anyone thinks that wrestling isn’t real, tell that to John Cena and the blood that gushed from his busted schnoz.

What did you think about the fan attacking Roman Reigns, HollywoodLifers? Is he your favorite? Are you excited for SummerSlam?
