Evan Chambers is ready to return — and he’s not the only one. Jake McDorman, who is starring on CBS’ new show, ‘Limitless,’ revealed in an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife.com, that he’s like a family with his ‘Greek’ cast mates, and that they’ve been talking reunions!
For Jake McDorman, he was excited that Limitless was not a reboot, or a recreation of a movie into a TV series. “Our show doesn’t just remake the movie,” Jake told HollywoodLife.com exclusively during an interview at Television Critics Association press tour. “I think it’s a mess when that happens. I don’t like when series continue moves and eras the events of the film and start fresh. I like when there’s a crossover.” So, does that mean he’s open to a continuation of Greek?
“I think we’d all be down, we’ve been talking about it,” Jake told us at the Beverly Hilton on August 10. “I mean, we’re all still best friends. That is my circle of friends, and they have been since half way through the show. It was like, ‘Alright, we’re hanging out all the time’ — and it hasn’t slowed up. We all live in different places now, but it’d be easy to get us together, schedules pending. We’d all definitely be up for it.”
Well, nothing like talking for the group, huh Jake? Well we’d obviously be down for some sort of reunion too. However, they all do have really busy schedules as Scoot Michael Foster is shooting ABC’s Blood & Oil and ABCFamily’s Chasing Life, Spencer Grammer is in Mr. Robinson; Amber Stevens is on The Carmichael Show; and Dilshad Vadsaria will be in The Frankenstein Code.
Greek ran on ABC family from 2007-2011. Do you want to see a Greek reunion, HollywoodLifers? In the mean time, you can see Jake on CBS’ Limitless, premiering Sept. 22 at 10PM.
