Emotions will reach a new level on ‘Marriage Boot Camp’, when Kendra Wilkinson confronts Hank Baskett about her fear that he’ll try to hurt himself in their struggle to save their marriage. Watch her tearful confession here.
While Kendra Wilkinson, 30, and her husband, Hank Baskett, 32, seem to be in a better place with their relationship these days, the two definitely had some tough issues to work out while filming Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. On top of dealing with Hank’s alleged affair and the stress of working out their marriage issues in public, this latest clip shows that Kendra was also afraid that Hank would buckle under the pressure and possibly even try to kill himself.
In this hard to watch clip, both Kendra and Hank are seen letting both their tears and emotions flow during an intense therapy session with marriage counselor, Jim Carroll. “I don’t think you’re strong enough to go through this shit, Hank,” Kendra tells her husband of six years. “I think you’re gonna go the other way and commit suicide or something.”
We can’t even begin to imagine how terrifying this must have been for Kendra, who also has the couple’s two kids, Hank Basket IV, 6, and Alijah Mary Baskett, 1, to think about. Thankfully, the two seem to come to a point of forgiveness as Hank pledges to do everything he can for his loving wife. “I’m sorry. I can’t make you trust me. I can do everything I can do try to get you to,” he says.”Please forgive me of the way that I’ve hurt you I never wanna see you like this again ever.”
As you might recall, Kendra and Hank’s relationship went through a very rocky (and public) period when the former NFL star was accused of cheating on his wife with Ava Sabrina London, a transsexual model, in 2014. The former Philadelphia Eagles player vehemently denied the rumors at first, but as more details came to light, he was forced to come clean — well, sort of. During the show’s first season, Hank admitted to some of his wrongdoings, telling his wife he “messed up” and was “not loyal.” He did not, however, own up to having cheated.
Still, while the couple is still having some issues, as this latest clip revealed, it’s pretty clear that Kendra is ready to move on. She even defended her hubby against those who are still bashing him for the affair allegations on July 18. “This is the love of my life, she wrote. “A true man. I believe in forgiveness and I believe in him. I take my vows very serious and won’t let people’s beliefs get in my way of what I know. Everyone that truly knows @hank_baskett knows the truth and everyone who doesn’t creates their own ideas n that’s ok but don’t F***K with me and why I love and stand for. Love the support but all the other 2 cents can kiss me a**.”
