He’s still got it! Justin Bieber’s new song, ‘What Do You Mean?’ hasn’t even dropped yet, and already it is heating up the charts. In fact, it was the No. 4 most shared song of the week!
The Biebs is back, y’all. Okay, well, he’s almost back. Justin Bieber, 21, has got a new song on the way. “What Do You Mean?” will be released on Aug. 28, and fans are so excited about the new cut, that they have been sharing it like crazy. Oh, and did we mention, none of them have even heard it yet? That’s what you call the power of Beliebers!
Justin’s upcoming single came in at No. 4 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks for the Aug. 15 chart, according to Billboard, a pretty unusual and totally impressive feat for a song that hasn’t even been heard. The chart is a compiled ranking of the week’s most shared and/or mentioned songs on Twitter in the United States and is measured by shares through a weeklong period.
Of course, who can blame fans for being just a little bit antsy? “What Do You Mean?” will most likely be the lead single off Justin’s upcoming album, and it will also mark the first bit of new music from the talented guy since his 2012 album, Believe. So in other words, we’ve all been ready for this thing since, like, yesterday.
Justin himself is definitely helping to stir up anticipation for the single, too. In fact, he’s started a sort of countdown campaign for the days leading up to the single’s release– and it is ridiculously star-studded. In the mere week since the promotional stunt began, he has already recruited the likes of Ryan Seacrest, Mariah Carey, Shaquille O’Neal and Kylie Jenner. We can only imagine who else the crooner has lined up!
Are you excited forJustin’s new single? Be honest, have you shared the song yourself?
