The end is here, folks! Drake and Meek Mill have repeatedly been putting each other on blast, but Drizzy has decided to show Meek some ‘mercy,’ and stop dissing him, HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. Find out why!
We were worried there would never be an end to the feud between Drake, 28, and Meek Mill, 28. After Meek took the final blow in their nasty feud, Drake has decided he’s over blasting Nicki Minaj’s, 32, boyfriend. So why the sudden change of heart, when he seemed so adamant on taking him down? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop! To hear more about Meek Mill and Drake’s feud, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!
“For now, Drake is going to show a little mercy on him. Meek is doing a good job already of self-destructing and needs no help destroying himself,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Ouch! Drake actually felt bad for Meek after his latest dig at him. In case you need a refresher, during Nicki’s concert on Aug. 4 he rapped a brand new verse in one of his songs about someone unnamed, which seemed targeted at Drizzy. In Drake’s eyes it was the worst attempt at a diss yet!
We’re a little relieved to hear Drake will stop blasting Meek, for Nicki’s sake. The bad blood between her beau and BFF has caused tension in her relationship with Meek, and he has gotten upset with Nicki for not taking his side. Just because Drake wants to stop feuding with Meek, doesn’t mean Meek won’t keep firing shots at Drake though!
Drake is also backing off of blasting Meek because he’s certain that Nicki will dump him sooner rather than later. In fact, he doesn’t think the “Anaconda” rapper should be with him at all.
“Drake thinks Nicki has got to be embarrassed of him,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He’s seriously ruining her image and her status. Drake knows that at some point Nicki is going to end things with him.” If she does, Drake will certainly be waiting!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Drake has won the feud with Meek? Sound off below!
