Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have mysteriously been missing from BOTH episodes of ‘I Am Cait’ that have aired so far, while Kim Kardashian has been front-and-center — and that’s because stepdad, Caitlyn Jenner, is paying her the big bucks, a new report claims!
Caitlyn Jenner’s transition has undoubtedly been tough for all her kids, but Kim Kardashian, 34, seems to have been more present than ever, offering advice on everything from style to helping Caitlyn make her voice more feminine. But is her support on I Am Cait genuine, or all part of Caitlyn’s master plan?
Respectfully, Caitlyn has mostly made her show (so far) about the trans community as a whole, rather than about the Kardashians. In fact, so far, Kim and Kylie Jenner, 17, are Caitlyn’s only children to show up on camera, but according to a new report, there may be a reason Kim seems to be so present.
“Caitlyn paid Kim to be on her show,” InTouch claims. OMG! Of course, Kim does bring a ton of star power, but what about her also-famous sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian? “[They] refuse to go on her show,” the mag’s source says. “They think Caitlyn’s been more open with the world than with them.”
Unfortunately, this has all caused a bit of a rift between Caitlyn and some of her girls. “Korutney and Khloe can’t express their feelings without being accused of being unsupportive of the LGBT community, but they’re hurt,” the insider adds. “They feel like they lost a parent and no one cares.” Still, both girls, along with Kendall Jenner, 19, appeared on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians: About Bruce specials, and have been publicly supportive on social media on at least one occasion.
Kim Kardashian & Caitlyn Jenner Fight On ‘I Am Cait’
But don’t expect everything to be so hunky-dory between Caitlyn and Kim all season long. In a preview for an upcoming episode of the eight-part docuseries, Kim really goes off on the former Olympian. “You look amazing, it’s your time,” she tells her. “But you don’t have to bash us on your way up.” Eek — drama to come!
And, while we don’t know what Kourtney and Khloe’s roles will be in future episodes, we have learned that a surprising family member may be showing up — Kris Jenner! The duo reportedly attended a monthly therapy session for ex-couples to work out their issues, according to RadarOnline, and it was filmed for the reality show.
“It was Caitlyn’s idea, and Kris agreed,” the site’s source claims. “Not just because of the kids — Kris knows it will help her with closure.”
Tell us, HollywoodLifers: Do you think Kim should take money from Caitlyn to appear on the show?
