‘Sneaky Pete’: Bryan Cranston’s Dropping Threats Again In First Trailer — Watch

Bryan Cranston is back– and he’s badder than ever! A first trailer for the Cranston-produced ‘Sneaky Pete’ has just dropped and it looks dark and amazing. Check it out!

In Sneaky Pete, Amazon’s newest crack at original programming, Bryan Cranston is killing it both on and behind the camera. The pilot episode will hit the streaming site on Aug. 7, and will tell the tale of Pete (Giovanni Ribisi)– only he’s not actually Pete. He spent a long while in jail with Pete, and goes on to take hold of his identity once he’s out of prison, which includes cozying up to Pete’s one time family, whom the real Pete hadn’t seen in years. Ya got that? Okay, good, because you need to watch this heart-pounding trailer right now!

So, where does Mr. Cranston come into all this? Well, he’s once again stepping into the bad guy role. However, unlike Walter White (Bryan’s iconic role on Breaking Bad), this time his character’s moral integrity seems to be way less ambiguous. From this trailer at least, Bryan’s character seems pretty thoroughly bad.

The series will also star incredible actors Marin Ireland and Margo Martindale, both of whom always bring the intensity. Along with Bryan on the creative side, the script comes to us from David Shore, who we all know and love from his work on the series House.

Amazon, unlike Netflix for example, does things a little bit differently than other streaming platforms. Rather than releasing all episodes at once, Amazon drops several pilots for potential shows, allowing audiences to watch them free of cost. From there, they are encouraged to vote on which shows they believe should be picked up to series. In other words, get ready to vote if you wanna see more B-Cranst and Sneaky Pete!

What do you think of the trailer? Are you ready to see Bryan Cranston on your television again?
